Required Attachments

  • Fill and submit the Electricity Technical Services Request
  • A copy of the ID Card reader printout, or a two-sided copy of the ID Card
  • Copy of the title deed
  • Copy of the aerial map
  • Copy of the survey certificate
  • For Tenants, a copy of lease agreement and a No Objection Letter from the landlord
  • A demolition permit in case of demolition of a property
