Credit Refund Request
Handling requests to refund credit to customers’accounts according to the applicable mechanism
Required Attachments
- Credit refund request form
- Copy of the ID card reader printout, or a two-sided copy of the ID card
- An official document containing the IBAN Number
In the case of a commercial register:
- Copy of the commercial registeration
- Copy of the ID card reader printout or a two-sided copy of the ID card belonging to the authorized signatory
- Credit refund application form with authorized signature and seal
For the deceased:
- Authorization letter from the heirs
- Copy of the Religious Ordinance Document
- A copy of the death certificate
- Copies of the heirs’ ID card reader printout, or a two-sided copy of the ID card
