- Copy of the Religious Ordinance Document attached to an authorization letter signed by all the heirs and copies of the heirs’ ID cards, or a notarized power of attorney on behalf of the heirs attached to an ID copy of the notarized person entrusted by the heirs
- Picture of the electricity meter
- Picture of the water meter
- IBAN Number
- Electricity, water, municipal rates Agreement in case of booking an appointment through the Skiplino app
- Copy of the ID Card reader printout, or a two- sided copy of the ID Card
- Settlement of any arrears owed by the heir or on the property, if any
