Required Attachments
- Non-directional household lamps registration form
- Copy of the commercial registration certificate
- Authorization from the manufacturer, if the applicant is not the manufacturer, confirming that the applicant is allowed to have the required approvals from the relevant authorities
- Pictures, specifications, and catalogues/brochures of the product
- Test report from an independent laboratory about the lamp’s performance
- Accreditation in the form of an ISO-17205 test report from a laboratory that tests non-directional household lamps
