Security deposit refund

Requesting the security deposit refund after the tenant moves out of the property, the account is terminated, and the final bill is issued

Required Attachments

  • Security deposit refund request form
  • Copy of the ID Card reader printout or a two-sided copy of the ID Card
  • An official document containing IBAN number
  • Authorization letter from the heirs
  • Copy of the Religious Ordinance Document
  • Copy of the death certificate
  • Copy of the heirs’ ID card readings or copies from both sides of the ID card (s)

For the deceased:

  • Authorization letter from the heirs
  • Copy of the Religious Ordinance Document
  • Copy of the death certificate
  • Copy of the heirs ID card readings or copies from both sides of the ID card (s)

In cases where an applicant has a commercial registration:

  • Application form with authorized signature and stamp
  • Copy of the commercial registration
  • Copy of the ID Card reader printout or a two-sided copy of the ID Card

  • Proceed to the selected customer service center
