Security deposit refund
Requesting the security deposit refund after the tenant moves out of the property, the account is terminated, and the final bill is issued
Required Attachments
- Security deposit refund request form
- Copy of the ID Card reader printout or a two-sided copy of the ID Card
- An official document containing IBAN number
- Authorization letter from the heirs
- Copy of the Religious Ordinance Document
- Copy of the death certificate
- Copy of the heirs’ ID card readings or copies from both sides of the ID card (s)
For the deceased:
- Authorization letter from the heirs
- Copy of the Religious Ordinance Document
- Copy of the death certificate
- Copy of the heirs ID card readings or copies from both sides of the ID card (s)
In cases where an applicant has a commercial registration:
- Application form with authorized signature and stamp
- Copy of the commercial registration
- Copy of the ID Card reader printout or a two-sided copy of the ID Card
