Rental fees for BACA facilities
BACA collects rental fees for leasing halls, facilities, and spaces for use by both the public and private sectors

- Rental letter specifying the duration and type of event to be held
Legal Regulations
- Edict No. 6 of 2013 imposing fees for visiting museums and antiquities.
Fees
- 1000 BD : cash security deposit put down for all facility leases is refundable at the end of the use of the facility.
Daily rental fee for Bahrain National Museum:
- 5000 BD : Fine Arts Gallery - In case of Not-For-Sale exhibition and, or 25% of the value of sold exhibits
- 500 BD - 3000 BD : Outdoor spaces - 500 BD for the public sector and BD3000 for the private sector
- 1000 BD : Lecture Hall
- 5000 BD - 10000 BD : Indoor lobby - 5000 BD for the public sector and BD10000 for the private sector
Daily rental fee for Art Gallery
- 1000 BD : Small Gallery - in case of Not-For-Sale exhibition, or 25% of the value of the exhibited sale
- 2000 BD : Large Gallery - in case of display without sale, or 25% of the value of sold exhibits
Daily rental fee for Cultural Hall
- 1000 BD : for a one-day event
- 700 BD : in the case of activities that extend for more than a day
- 200 BD : for each training day (rehearsals)
Daily rental fee for Arad Fort
- 1000 BD : for the public sector
- 3000 BD : for the private sector
Daily rental fee for Bahrain Fort and the Bahrain Fort Site Museum
- 1000 BD : Outdoor spaces - for the public sector
- 2000 BD : Outdoor spaces - for the private sector

Service Processes
- Contact the relevant department of the Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities (Culture and Arts Directorate), specifying the duration and type of the proposed event
- Application will be assessed
- Upon approval, the fee will be collected in person, plus insurance tax
- The agreement between the two parties is signed
