Service Conditions
International Organiser
- Valid CR and ID Proof

- Valid CR registered with MOIC
Required Attachments
- An official letter stating the name of the event and details, preferrable hall and tenancy period
- An attachment to the official letter that includes a summary of the nature of the event, the required space, the list of exhibitors and products, and any other relevant information
- A copy of the commercial register of the organizer of the exhibition or conference, provided that the register specifies the activity of organizing commercial exhibitions and conferences, artists and event organiser
- A copy of the applicants ID card
- Fill out the hall booking form of the Bahrain Tourism and Exhibitions Authority

Service Processes
- After making sure that the requested dates are available, temporary reservations are made for the halls and the completed documents are sent for assessement
- Upon receiving the relevant documents, they are submitted to the management for the necessary apparoval
- A rental contract is concluded with the organizing company and the outstanding payments are to be settled before the period of organizing the exhibition, conference or event at the Bahrain International Exhibition and Convention Center
- After issuing the approval, the organizer is notified of the consent and confirmation of the reservation of the required halls, obligating the organizer to pay 10% of the tenancy amount (which is a non-refundable amount in the event of cancellation of the event by the organizer), within a week from the date of the letter date addressed to him/her to avoid any disappointments in securing their booking
- The organizer is allowed to market the event after settling the advance amount and obtaining the necessary Licenses from the concerned Authorities
