Reclassification of Tourism Facilities
This service allows hotel owners who have tourist licenses to submit a request to reclassify their hotel and change its star category according to the classification guide, whether for a request to obtain a higher star rating or a lower star rating, and the facility’s classification can also be changed from a hotel to furnished apartments, and vice versa.
Required Attachments
- An official letter from the facility stating the classification request
- A copy of the property ownership deed
- Fill out the reclassification request form

Fees
- The new licence fee will be applicable after the approval of the new classification of the facility according to its type and category
