This service allows the companies working in cooling sector (Installation and maintenance), to submit requests for obtaining a pre-approval to work in this sector

Service Conditions

  • Having an active commercial register (for commercial use) in the Kingdom of Bahrain

Required Attachments

  • Official request letter on company letterhead (signed and stamped).
  • Application form
  • A copy of a valid commercial register CR

Legal Regulations

  • Ministerial Resolution No. 1 of 2020 regarding the management of refrigeration media, refrigeration units and air conditioning units
  • Ministerial Resolution No. (5) of 2005 regarding the environmental conditions that must be met at the service sites.
  • Order No. (2) of 2020 determining the categories of fees for licensing refrigeration media, refrigeration units and air conditioning units as decided by the Chairman of the Supreme Council for the Environment
