Urban Planning and Development Authority, via the ‘Land Zoning Inquiry Service’, provides access to land zoning information and building requirements using satellite images and landmarks on an interactive map, in addition to the Map of Bahrain National Detail Land Use Plan 2030.

The Urban Planning Development Authority (UPDA) adopts Ten Strategies in its division of the Kingdom of Bahrain’s Master Plan:

Survey and Land Registration

To maintain the integrity of the Kingdom’s real estate industry, the Survey and Land Registration Bureau (SLRB) registers all real estate property and assets (real estate registration application) and regulates them to ensure that public and individual real estate rights are upheld. It also carries out surveys including cadastral, topographical, geodesical, and marine surveys, as well as preparing blueprints of all kinds.
