The Civil Aviation Affairs (CAA), under the Ministry of Transportation & Telecommunications, stands as the guardian of this domain, setting forth specific rules for the operation of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs). Starting from 28th March 2026, all drone activities and related approvals to them in the Kingdom of Bahrain for now are suspended until announced. This includes the drone operations and the processing of applications for permits or approvals.
