Bahrain has a historical relationship with United Nations. Since its establishment, the Information & eGovernment Authority has a strategic partnership with the United Nations on eGovernment Development Department. The partnership is remarked by the bi-annual eGovernment Development/ Readiness Survey, in which Kingdom of Bahrain has always ranked leading positions with a "very high" index ranking. The Kingdom has taken the initiative also to translate the 2014th edition of the report into Arabic language (PDF, 10.9MB, 284 Pages, Arabic only).
