Evaluation of Government Service Centres (Taqyeem Program)

“Taqyeem”, which means evaluation in Arabic, is the name of a program launched in 2018 that focuses on the evaluation of Government Service Centres across the Kingdom of Bahrain. In line with the government’s aim to maintain high levels of excellence in the provision of public services, the Taqyeem program aims to improve government performance at these centers, both physical and virtual, by implementing measures for enhanced efficiency and customer satisfaction. A national committee of experts oversees the program, ensuring inclusivity and fairness in the evaluation process.
