Actions taken: We value the participation of citizens & residents in determining the best way to direct and spend the Marketing and Awareness budget. The results of the poll have helped to decide the most effective use of the budget aimed to spread awareness about the government's digital transformation projects & services.

Thanks to the active participation of the public; the marketing and awareness budget will be allocated towards the most voted channels to ensure efficient use of the government funds. The budget spending will focus on the top 3 channels as voted by the public which are social media platforms, WhatsApp messages, and Email.

Actions Taken: Based on the feedback received from users of the Identity Card eService we have made some enhancements to the eService to cater the needs of users and provide a better experience.

Personal data can now be retrieved automatically from the concerned government entities and can be reviewed & approved by the user to save into the Identity card system, this data includes employer data, job title, and passport data. Additionally, civil record details are now presented in an easy to view list where users can select the details to be updated and attach all the required supporting documents quickly & easily.

Also, users can now inquire about the status of the requested civil records updates through the online service. Users feedback is being continually monitored via social media channels & Tawasul system, and the necessary measures are taken accordingly.

Actions Taken: In response to the publics opinion on applying eLearning to be part of the academic year the Ministry of Education provided options to parents of the students whereby they get to select the education model for their children, be it via online or physically attend class. Students got the option to stay home and do their classes virtually or receive education regularly at their  schools physically with a time frame of attendance based on each school within the kingdom of Bahrain, taking into account social distancing, and completing the required learning hours remotely through virtual classrooms, the educational portal, videos, TV classes and other suitable techniques.

In addition a comprehensive guide has been prepared for health protocols and school return guidelines, which includes precautionary measures before entering the educational institution and while attending classes and dealing with emergency cases, including the formation of a health team in each school responsible for organizing and implementing health procedures, and setting student reception controls at the beginning of each school day.

Schooling did not stop during the pandemic and continued virtually, based on the publics opinion both options virtual and classroom attendance where made available by the ministry of education and all schools within the kingdom of Bahrain to suit the needs of the parents and students for the best education mechanism they are more comfortable with.

Actions Taken: The result of the poll shows that users are willing to use eService from other public hospitals in the kingdom through Sehati app, therefore a plan is in progress to include eServices from other public hospitals in the app. Moreover, an awareness campaigns has been launched to educate the public about the different eServices & features on the Sehati app to encourage users to download the app and benefit from its features.
