   Required Documents

  1. Issue / renew a license for the Sales and Marketing of Air Transport Products and Services Application Form
  2. Copy of the approval from the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism
  3. Copy of the Municipality’s approval
  4. Copy of the owner and manager’s passports
  5. Copy of the owner and manager’s Identity Cards
  6. Copy of the lease agreement of the office
  7. Copy of the Electricity Bill
  8. Copy of the articles of association

   Important notes

  • Readiness:
  • Applicant must attach details of the office location or plan including size
  • Location should have public access and minimum size should not be less than 45 m2
  • Others:
  • Failure to comply with the Civil Aviation Affairs rules and regulations may result in the imposition of penalties or the suspension for a limited period or the cancellation indefinitely of this license in accordance with the Ministry of Transportation’s Decree No. 21(2013)
  • The application will be considered cancelled after 6 months of applying, unless all procedures are completed
  • The completion of the form details does not mean the Civil Aviation Affairs approved
