This service, provided by Ministry of Health, allows users to view general vaccination information and immunization records of children, students and Health Workers.

How to use the Service

1. Click on the "Launch Service" button
2. If you wish to view general information such as current immunization schedules, contradictions and abbreviations, click on “About Immunization”
3. To view the details of the taken and remaining immunizations relevant to your child/children, click on “Child Immunization”, enter the “Mother Details” then click on “Submit”
4. To view the details of the taken and remaining immunizations relevant to students, click on “Student Immunization”, enter the “Student other Details” then click on “Submit”
5. To view immunization details relevant to health workers, click on “Health Worker Immunization”, enter the “Health Worker” details then click on “Submit”
