Tourism Activity Branch Addition or Address Change Request

This service is provided by the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism to Businesses requesting to add a branch or change the address of existing tourism activities in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

   Required Documents

For the initial visit:

Adding a branch:

  1. An approval form from of all official entities from the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism
  2. Branch address
  3. Copy of owner’s Identity Card and passport
  4. Copy of the qualifications and practical experience in the same field
  5. Bank statement showing the financial position of the project
  6. Copy of a valid Commercial Registration
  7. Copy of a valid Tourism License for the main office

Change of address:

  1. An approval from all official entities from the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism
  2. New office address
  3. Copy of a valid Commercial Registration
  4. Copy of a valid Tourism License

For the final visit:

  1. Commercial Registration
  2. Approval from all official entities

   Important notes

  • Readiness:
The owner should have a valid Commercial Registration
  • Exceptions:
A request to add a branch will only be accepted after the Commercial Registration is issued by 3 months
