Qualifications issued by public or private educational institutes in Kingdom of Bahrain.

• The endorsement by the Higher Education Council is canceled for certificates issued by local universities.
• The stamp of the educational institution granting the certificate is sufficient.
• The Higher Education Council will continue the endorsement of certificates according to previous procedures, provided that an official request is received from the educational institution granting the certificate.
