Registration for Training Program

This service is provided by Institute of Public Administration to Governmental Entities requesting to nominate and register their employees to attend and benefit from the training programs and courses provided by the Institute.

Activity Description

Applicant

Send an official request for Institute of Public Administration to fill and submit the registration form to register the employees to attend a training program or course.

Institute of Public Administration

Ensure all required documents and information are complete. In case the submitted information is incomplete, an email will be sent to the applicant to inform him with the rejection.

Institute of Public Administration

In case the submitted information is complete, an email will be sent to the authorized person with a list of approved trainees and course details such as the time and place.

Applicant

Attend the training course and program and record the attendance. After the course is completed, evaluate and assess the training course.

Copies of the Identity Cards are collected by the Training Administrator at the Institute.

In case of training Course: Obtain the Trainers signature after completion of the training hours.

Institute of Public Administration

In case of Training Program: Ensure completion of the training hours, submission of all training program requirements, and obtain the necessary accreditation.

Applicant

Receive certificate on the last day of the training course, or during the graduation ceremony of the training programs.

An invoice will be sent to the authorized person to proceed with the payment procedures.
