Electricity and Water Services

These services; provided by the Electricity and Water Authority, allow users to pay their Electricity and Water bills, and view their Bill and Payment History. The services also allow users to update their personal information, change the billing delivery method, submit a complaint on high consumption, and enable users to enquire about the status of the requests submitted through the Authority as well as paying the outstanding amount for these requests if any.

How to use the Service

  1. Click on “Launch Service” 
  2. Select the desired service (You are required to have an eKey account to use the services)
