Endorsement, Accreditation and Validation of Academic Qualification Services

The Endorsement, Accreditation and Validation of Certificates eService provided by the Ministry of Education allows university graduates (Bahrainis and expatriates) to raise a request for the accreditation and validation of their certificates issued by higher education institutions, inside or outside the Kingdom, through the eGovernment portal.

In addition, the services also provide the facility for Human Resources departments in various authorities, government entities and businesses to verify the endorsement, accreditation and validation of the academic qualification of the job applicants.

Endorsement of Certificates Issued from Higher Education Institutes Inside Bahrain

As per the procedures, at first, requests have to be submitted to the representative of the concerned higher education institution. In turn, representatives shall review, approve and transfer the applications to the General Secretariat of the Higher Education Council.

• Apply for a request to the representatives of Higher Education Institutions
  Applicants (Students) may use this option to raise a request for endorsement of qualifications issued by higher education institutions inside the Kingdom of Bahrain to the representatives of the higher education institutions.

• Request Status Enquiry
  Use this option to track the status of endorsement of certificates request submitted previously using the reference number received once you submit the request.


• Verification of Endorsed Certificates
  For HR Departments at various ministries, government authorities, and businesses, please use the above link to verify the endorsement of certificates issued by higher education institutions inside the Kingdom of Bahrain for job applicants.

Accreditation and Validation of Certificates issued outside the Kingdom of Bahrain

  Applicants(Students) may use this option to raise a request for accreditation of and validation of qualifications issued by higher education institutions outside the Kingdom of Bahrain.

• Request Status Enquiry
  Use this option to track the status of Accreditation and Validation of certificates request submitted previously using the reference number received once you submit the request.


• Verification of Accredited Certificates
